Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Additional work, hidden conditions, unsuitable soil, underground utilities, disposal needs, permit requirements, or changes requested by the customer may affect the final cost.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information and ensuring access to the work area. Utility markouts, permits, HOA approvals, and local requirements may be needed before work begins.

Sure Shot Site Solutions makes every effort to complete work professionally, safely, and cleanly. However, project timelines may vary due to weather, material delays, equipment availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

Use of this website does not create a contractor-client agreement. A signed estimate, proposal, agreement, or written approval may be required before work begins.
